The International Academy of Trading was born out of necessity. Our teaching faculty is comprised of experienced traders and educators who have a huge amount of experience not only working behind the dealing desk but most importantly profitably trading capital over many years. Having worked in the industry and seen tens of thousands of retail traders speculate on the financial markets, all too often people make mistakes and lose their capital. Even when trader gets a trade “right” and the market moves in the direction that was anticipated, unfortunately the trade can get wiped out in the process. All too often this is due to a poor understanding of leverage and risk management.

Trading can be very rewarding but without sound fundamental underpinning and tried and tested methodologies, the trader is at a statistical disadvantage and is likely to lose. This is compounded when individuals try and chase their losses or use untested methodologies which will ultimately lead to capital loss.
